The work
Ashburner Building Services Ltd completed substructure and underground drainage works for a high-end residential new build in Pagham, near Chichester.
The work covered foundation masonry, below-ground brickwork and blockwork, and an underground drainage network for the new property.
The team set out the substructure and coordinated drainage pipes, inspection chambers, connections and service penetrations with the foundations. Levels, pipe positions and drainage gradients were carefully managed.
The completed package provided the structural base and drainage infrastructure needed for the next phase of the build.
