The work

Ashburner Building Services Ltd installed a precast concrete beam and block ground floor system for a residential project in the Witterings, West Sussex.

The team prepared and installed the suspended floor structure, positioning precast beams, supporting blockwork and drainage pipework within the substructure.

Accurate setting out and installation produced a level floor system ready for the next stage of construction.
